Custom Orders & Preparation Time

  • For customized watches (including engraving, gold plating, diamond setting, or other modifications), additional preparation time is required:

    • 7–15 extra days, depending on the complexity of the customization

    Custom orders are processed only after confirmation to ensure accuracy and quality.

Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Tracking information may take a short time to become active, depending on the carrier.
